We are seeking a mature, highly organized and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Med spa facility. The Spa Manager will be responsible for managing staff (are you comfortable leading a massage therapist, esthetician and nurse injector? ) , ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a profitable spa business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer experiences.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize spa revenue and profitability
- Manage and supervise spa staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to all spa guests
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of products and supplies
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of products
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the spa facility
- Create and implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Handle customer issues in a professional and timely manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve spa operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Spa Manager or similar role
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Experience in wireless sales, clerk, or retail management is beneficial
- Knowledge of employee orientation processes
- Ability to effectively lead a team and foster a positive work environment
- Proficient in using computer software for scheduling, inventory management, and reporting
Pay and benefits are dependent upon your attitude, experience, qualifications and overall awesomeness.
