FUNCTION
Responsible to safeguard Cash and Company assets. Responsible for assuring the efficient and smooth operation of the drop process and Count room in accordance with gaming regulations, internal controls and accounting procedures including the supervision and direction of count team members
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for efficient overall operation of the drop and Count room and staff.
Assures that Count room procedures are followed in compliance with gaming regulations.
Completes financial reports and security of information within.
Assures compliance of internal controls for all accounting and cash handling.
Reviews staffing levels to maintain efficient level of employment. Delegates duties and assigns responsibilities.
Develops staff including hiring, training and evaluation processes.
Reviews Count room operations with the Director of Cash Operations.
Other duties as assigned.

Maintains a professional working relationship among all personnel.

Willingness to assume overall responsibility relative to the performance of the Count room.
