Supervises all electronic gaming device personnel. Additionally, Slot Shift Manager Assistant ensures compliance with federal and state gaming regulations. May require a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. • Three years experience working as a slots employee in a casino with coin/cash/ticket-slots with at least one year as a slot Lead Attendant or higher. • Ability to work effectively with co-workers and the public. • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. • Knowledge of effective money handling procedures. • Ability to make change and mentally perform basic math calculations. • Skilled in resolving customer and employee relation issues. | ||
