About The Role
As a Marketing Project Manager, you will oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful marketing initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the intake, kickoff, and production of various workstreams.
Build, maintain, and adjust timelines to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Regularly evaluate and communicate the status of ongoing projects, identify any bottlenecks or risks, and manage expectations as needed.
Coordinate workflow with outside vendors and resources as necessary.
Contribute to managing creative resources across projects.
Continually review and improve project management best practices.
Recommend and drive processes to streamline work.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree.
5 years of experience as a Marketing Project Manager, preferably in a marketing agency or an in-house agency.
Expertise in project management tools, specifically Workfront, to create meaningful data that drives business decisions.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail while operating under tight and competing deadlines.
Creative, strategic, and analytical thinker; ability to think through multiple options and proactively present ideas.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to facilitate teams and exert influence when needed.
Resilient, collaborative, flexible, and innovative.
A confident and proactive self-starter with a passion for learning, problem-solving, and making data-driven decisions.
Additional Information
PMP certification preferred but not required.
