In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including incoming and outgoing phone calls, meeting and greeting clients, checking in equipment for service, surveying customers, demonstrating products, making proposals and negotiating service and sales estimates, and developing follow-up relationships with our valued clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to a competitive salary, we also offer a generous commission structure, giving you the opportunity to earn between $30,000 to $60,000.00 annually. Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times

- Meet and greet clients, providing them with a warm and professional welcome

- Check in equipment for service, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately

- Survey customers to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement

- Demonstrate products to clients, highlighting their key features and benefits

- Prepare and present proposals, negotiating service and sales estimates to secure new business

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups

- Collaborate with the service and sales departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
