Job Summary:

The Sales Support Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, conducting pricing analysis, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support:
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, preparing sales documents, and maintaining records.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to sales.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
• Sales Coordination:
• Coordinate and manage sales activities and schedules.
• Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations.
• Track sales performance metrics and compile data for analysis.
• Order Processing:
• Process sales orders and ensure accurate entry into the system.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
• Monitor order status and provide updates to customers and the sales team.
• Customer Support:
• Assist in resolving customer issues and inquiries promptly.
• Provide product/service information to potential and existing customers.
• Follow up on customer interactions and feedback to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate sales campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support the sales team in preparing for meetings, presentations, and trade shows.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer experience.
• Pricing Analysis:
• Conduct regular pricing analysis to ensure competitive pricing strategies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to provide insights and recommendations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of pricing models and structures.
• Analyze sales data to identify pricing opportunities and potential risks.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure pricing accuracy and profitability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or pricing analysis role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the service industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
