Sales Supervisor supervises and coordinates the daily activities of sales representatives engaged in promoting and selling a product by phone or mail. Recommends changes to current sales techniques or procedures based on team performance and new selling techniques. Being a Sales Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree in business. Typically reports to a manager. The Sales Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. What You Will Do
As a Sales Consultant, you will service the customer’s needs, make recommendations based on their specifications.
- Develop new consumer and business accounts
- Provide outstanding service during and after the sale
- Recommend changes in products and services
- Stay current on the newest technology products and services
What We Are Looking For
- Positive attitude with self-motivation

- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiating and follow-up skills
- Understanding of new technology products and services
- 2 years of customer facing experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required with reliable transportation
