    Responsibilities:

    • Make outbound calls to prospects and set qualified appointments
    • Manage CRM and move prospects through the sales pipeline
    • Process payments for closed deals and send out service agreements
    • Follow up relentlessly on pending deals to close them
    • Track and report your KPIs (daily, weekly, monthly) to the Sales Manager
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
    • Attend daily sales huddles and company-wide training events
    • Invest time in personal development to sharpen your skills

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in sales, especially in remote or high-ticket sales
    • Must be located in North America
    • Available full-time, with a hunger for growth and learning
    • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
    • Open-minded, coachable, and eager to improve
    • Professional, prompt, and courteous
    • Self-motivated and competitive, driven by success

    Compensation:

    • 100% commission-based – no base salary, but no ceiling on earnings
    • Earn 5-15% commission on cash collected from closed deals
    • Deal sizes range from $5,000 to $100,000, with uncapped commission potential
