Responsible forinterviewing, training, and selecting employees for the department
Conduct PerformanceReviews in accordance with policies and procedures; provide feedback; coachingand development guidance as needed.

Supervision ofhiring, development plans, appraisal ratings, further training, discipline,promotion, demotion or termination for all hourly employees and shiftsupervisors on an assigned shift.
Manages theday-to-day operation of beverage service on assigned shift. Performs assigned input work in compilingannual budgets.

Controls cost ofproduct by monitoring par stocks and insuring preparation of drinks withinestablished policies and procedures.
EDUCATION and / orEXPERIENCE :
HighSchool Diploma or GED required
Somecollege background preferred
Two-to-fouryear previous beverage experience and technical experience in beverage servicebusiness required
