**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Room Manager to oversee the operations and guest experience at our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management and guest relations, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay for all guests. **Duties:** - Manage room inventory and pricing to maximize revenue - Supervise front desk staff and ensure exceptional customer service - Handle phone systems efficiently and professionally - Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions - Coordinate with housekeeping to maintain room cleanliness standards - Address guest concerns and provide solutions promptly **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in hotel management or a related field - Proficiency in revenue management techniques - Strong supervisory skills to lead a team effectively - Knowledge of front desk operations and phone etiquette - Familiarity with night audit procedures - Excellent guest relations skills to enhance the overall resort experience This role offers the opportunity to showcase your leadership abilities, revenue management skills, and commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.
