The Reservations Coordinator is responsible for converting direct reservations requests to the hotel’s reservation line into loyal hotel guests. Primary responsibilities include monitoring of own reservation conversion rate and upselling resort suites, activities and other revenue opportunities.
Responsibilities include providing personalized service to hotel guests and making accurate reservations. Consistent and clear communication with guests, reliability, and customer service are key to this position’s success.
