    Rate of pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (Depending on qualifications and experience.)

    POSITION SUMMARY

    This position will provide essential administrative support to the Human Resources (HR) and Risk Management division by assisting with a variety of HR and risk management functions. This role plays a key role in supporting daily operations, including employee onboarding, job postings, interview coordination, workers' compensation claims, OSHA compliance, employee training, data entry, filing, and other basic office tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced office environment. This position will report to the Human Resources/Risk Director and/or Assistant HR/Risk Director.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    • Assist with the preparation of new employee documentation.
    • Post job openings and assist in scheduling interviews for hiring managers.
    • Provide support with workers' compensation claim documentation, processing, and tracking.
    • Assist with maintaining OSHA records and safety training documentation.
    • Support scheduling and coordination of employee training programs, including tracking completion and maintaining training records.
    • Accurately input and update employee data into HR and risk management systems, ensuring records are current and accurate.
    • Organize and maintain employee files, ensuring all documents are properly filed and easily accessible.
    • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and perform general office duties as needed.
    • Assist with various HR and risk management-related projects, as needed.


    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Basic knowledge of HR systems and data entry processes is a plus.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Previous administrative or HR experience is preferred, but not required.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
