Manager of Hearing Care Operations

    Overall responsibilities of the role:

    • This is a full time, on-site, in clinic position
    • The Manager of Operations will need to be able to float and/or cover for other Patient Care Coordinators (PCC’s) and therefore be proficient with all PCC job duties.
    • Scheduling and PCC schedule management
    • Training: Oversee the entire training process, including facilitating our Guide training and managing stock reports
    • PCC staffing and recruiting –support interview and selection process
    • Work closely with Leadership, Providers, and PCCs to ensure clinic revenue and KPI goals are met
    • Marketing team liason – work with marketing team and PCC’s to maximize conversion of marketing leads into hearing aid evaluation appointments including conversion effectiveness, call routing and answering, utilization of ReviewWave, Patient Prism and Google Business Profile and other tools that support marketing and patient engagement
    • Marketing related reporting – manage call scoring process and staff, compile/complete weekly and monthly marketing/PCC performance reporting
    • Overall PCC performance management – work with CEO and business unit directors to support and complete comprehensive performance management
    • Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of engagement by offering robust support to the PCC team, spearheading staff development initiatives, fostering team cohesion, and recruiting top talent

    Required Qualifications:

    • Past experience in medical or similar front desk / office manager support role
    • Some medical experience and/or patient insurance knowledge or familiarity
    • Experience managing others, training
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficient with MS word and excel similar google docs/sheets
    • Demonstrated capacity/aptitude to learn new technical and software tools

    Compensation

    • $55,000-$75,000 annual salary commensurate with experience
