Role
Execute all tasks as a Returns Clerk in the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, count, sort, clean, and inspect items returned from our customers
- Enter all pertinent information in our company’s data base
- Issue credits to customer accounts
- Track and reconcile inventory of defective items
- Bag and label processed items for return to salable inventory
- Assist with picking, packing, and shipping orders when needed
- General clerical duties as needed
- Rigorous attention to detail
- General data entry and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Sit, stand, and/or walk for 8 hrs
- Lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to learn new skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with potentially changing priorities
- Good manual dexterity
- Basic accounting skills are desirable for this position
- Ability to work on a team
- Must be flexible and have the ability to transition between tasks throughout the day
- Pay: $17.50 an hour
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30AM till 5PM
