Prior experience in real estate acquisitions or sales is a bonus but not required. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities- Make 50-75 outbound calls per day (not cold calls)
- Focus on driving value to homeowners beyond price
- Attend all scheduled appointments set by our Lead Managers
- Reach out to hot/warm leads via outbound calls
- Build strong rapport with prospects and clients to address objections and close deals
- Utilize CRM daily to track interactions and monitor the sales process
- Respond promptly to all leads to keep business moving forward
- Follow up and nurture relationships with homeowners to facilitate property sales
- Negotiate prices and make offers to homeowners
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone skills
- Previous phone sales experience is a plus
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Self-starter mentality
- OTE: $100,000
