Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the rehabilitation department, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the overall rehabilitation department, including staff supervision, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with medical management standards such as JCAHO
- Coordinate with human resources for recruitment, training, and development of rehabilitation staff
- Oversee the management of medical records and documentation in compliance with hospital regulations
- Collaborate with medical professionals to provide comprehensive care in critical care settings
- Utilize software systems like Epic, Eaglesoft, and eClinicalWorks for efficient departmental operations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in PT or OT or Rehab medicine
- Previous experience managing a rehabilitation department in a hospital setting
- Five years clinical experience
