The MetroNews Radio Network, a division of WVRC Media, is looking for the next addition to our award-winning news department. We are hiring an anchor-reporter for our Charleston, WV office.
The individual will be responsible for statewide and local newscasts, coverage of scheduled and breaking news events, preparations for The Morning News news block and website updates.
The candidate should be self-motivated, have the ability work under deadline pressure and committed to producing high quality radio journalism.
The ideal candidate should have a degree in journalism, broadcasting, communications, or other related field and at have least two years of radio or TV experience.
