POSITION SUMMARY:
Coordinate customer service activities for specified customers within a given market segment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· EDUCATION:
o A Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering or demonstrated equivalent work experience
· SKILLS:
o Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel and Word
o Reasonable understanding of QS-9000 and APQP
o Strong interpersonal communication skills
o Works well with internal and external customers
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Maintain certain direct customer account responsibilities on an as-needed basis
· Direct, coordinate and exercise authority for planning, organizing, integrating and completing projects within the area of assigned responsibility, in conjunction with the goals and strategies outlined in the Business Plan
· Develop price for products based on material, labor and tooling considerations
· Maintain data necessary to provide direction in the periodic development of sales forecasts
· Provide direction to various departments to satisfy customer requirements
· Gather necessary information from customer so that RFQ’s are processed correctly
· Participate in financial analysis initiatives as directed by Account Manager
· Participate in oral and written departmental activities
· Work in team environment
· Coordinate account activities as directed by responsible Account Manager
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
· Understanding of MWSI pricing processes
