Quality Assurance Specialist - Contract - Richmond, VA

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Quality Assurance Specialist. This is a contract position based in Richmond, VA.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role focuses on providing quality support for various tasks, developing knowledge in product formula and ingredient labeling, and implementing quality strategies throughout the organization.

Skills & Requirements:

• Project and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage timelines effectively.
• Ability to identify risks and escalate appropriately.
• Negotiation skills.
• Clear communication skills, including the ability to conduct meetings with colleagues across different sites, time zones, and countries.
• Strong writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field (pharmaceutical sciences).

The Quality Assurance Specialist will:

• Provide support for Quality and Compliance activities.
• Develop and apply knowledge in all aspects of product formula and ingredient labeling.
• Understand quality requirements at local, corporate, and regulatory levels to assist colleagues and stakeholders in formulation management activities.
• Review formula-related documents to ensure accuracy and traceability of information.
• Assist colleagues and stakeholders in conducting work following sound scientific practices and supporting data.
• Implement quality strategies throughout the organization that promote efficient, agile, and compliant processes for formula management.
