Summary
Spontaneously enters in to work light industrial warehousing location. The locations are typically a fast paced and high stress environment that requires the teams to work together to meet the customers everchanging demand.
Takes initiative to support and train ‘General Labor’ to perform various tasks to produce skids of containers to be delivered to the customer for packaging of manufactured parts. Containers are assembled in ‘Just in Time’ to meet the customers ever changing production schedule. Certifies that each container component is defect free and ready for assembly and use, as detailed in ‘Work Instructions’.
Is responsible for the performance of all teams on a shift. Communicates and coordinates the work of multiple teams on a shift to fulfill customers’ requirements and orders. Coordinates with transportation department to assure loads are fulfilled, loaded and delivered ‘On Time’.

Education and Qualifications
-Leadership skills acquired through military service or a minimum of 1-year experience in a successful leadership vocation.
-High school degree, GED certification or an equivalent qualification from a certified college.
-Microsoft Office, Internet familiarity and ‘User Based’ knowledge of network set up/log in.
-A valid certification and license for operating warehouse machinery and other equipment.
Physical Requirements
-Must be able to repeatedly lift 30 lbs.
-Must be able to stand for four or more hours at a time.
-Must be able to bend, reach, and manipulate bulky objects.
