Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. - Minimum of three (3) years nursing experience
- One (1) - two (2) years' of experience in a QA, risk management or similar reporting role

- Strong knowledge of Federal and State Healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to prioritize and problem solve
- Ability to relate well with physicians
- Primary series of the COVID vaccination (or new bivalent COVID Vaccine or medical exemption)
