·      Located in Boone, IA (Onsite)

·      Salary based on experience, $56,000 - $63,000

·      Full benefits and participation in their AIP program.

Position Requirements:

·      Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

·      Previous experience in quality assurance or a similar role.

·      Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.

·      Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

·      Proficient in using quality assurance tools and software.

·      Ability to analyze data and generate reports.

·      Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Strong organizational and time management abilities.

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·      Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.

Job Duties:

·      Conduct routine quality assurance inspections and audits.

·      Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.

·      Train and support staff on quality assurance processes and standards.

·      Monitor and analyze production processes to ensure compliance.

·      Investigate and resolve quality-related issues.

·      Maintain detailed and accurate quality assurance records.

·      Collaborate with other departments to ensure product quality.

·      Prepare and present quality assurance reports to management.

·      Stay updated on industry regulations and standards.

·      Assist in continuous improvement initiatives.
