SUMMARY
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Programs, this position is responsible for overseeing and managing the Refugee Services Program, covering both resettlement and post-resettlement services. The role involves managing finances, operations, administration, staff, and quality standards within the program. It also involves seeking funding opportunities, and collaborating with community partner. In addition, the position is responsible for continued growth and participation in the evaluation of program services and accreditation in support of the mission, vision, and strategic initiatives of Catholic Charities and its stakeholders.
