Program Risk Manager
Location: Munich, Germany
Type: Working on-site is required (1-2 days home office possible)

You will be joining an innovative project that is poised to transform cross-country travel with a focus on environmental sustainability and advanced technology.

You will be working with the Program Management team which reports to the VP Project Management and is responsible for the program's risk picture, ensuring the risks raised by the project teams are robust and mature enough at each stage of their development and implementation. You will use your experience in risk management and coordinating multi-functional teams for the management and coordination, Process and tools Definition, and Governance.

Skills Required:

• Proven Project Management skills with a minimum of 5-7 years Project Management experiencewith a strong focus on Risk Management
• Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence and integrated scheduling software
• Ability to test and challenge assumptions
• Knowledge of technical aerospace or automotive environment
• Knowledge of Risk management

Responsibilities:

• Drive program risks throughout the risk management process: from risk identification to risk closure following verification of acceptable risk level, make sure risk mitigation actions resulting from the risk response plan, monitor the potential impact of risks on the program baseline, etc.
• Ensure that all validated risk response plans are properly prioritized and owned by the affected areas (engineering, manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, etc.).
• Report on risk management progress for the entire aircraft program and managing deviations from plan by escalation when necessary.
