Position Summary:

As the Program Director, you are responsible for the overall administration and management of the home health agency. Your duties include:

• Overseeing all operations to ensure the agency is functioning efficiently and providing high-quality care to clients.
• Developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures for areas like staff recruitment, scheduling, training, compliance, and performance appraisals.
• Creating and managing budgets, conducting financial planning, and ensuring adequate funding for the operation.
• Building relationships with external partners such as healthcare facilities, community organizations, and insurance providers.
• Ensuring the agency meets all licensing, accreditation, and compliance standards set by state and federal regulatory bodies.
• Monitoring client satisfaction and service quality by reviewing feedback and performance metrics. Addressing any issues to improve care.
• Managing a team of administrative staff including office assistants, billing specialists, and intake coordinators. Providing leadership and guidance to ensure maximum productivity.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of five years' experience in management, director, or executive level positions
• A bachelor's degree in health administration, social work, business administration, or related field
• Experience with case management
• Experience with home and community-based services
• Experience in healthcare, mental health, or behavioral health
• Experience in administration, business management, and budgeting
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
