Product/Brand Management Analyst prepares marketing strategies and supports implementation programs for a product, product line, or brand. Researches customer preferences and evaluates product performance to develop effective product and brand positioning and strategies. Being a Product/Brand Management Analyst partners with sales to ensure that customer targets and product messaging are effective. Develops metrics used to conduct an ongoing analysis of the effectiveness and value of marketing programs. Additionally, Product/Brand Management Analyst utilizes metrics to collaborate with stakeholders to design, produce, and distribute effective marketing materials that reflect the brand and product identity. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Product/Brand Management Analyst work is closely managed. Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Management Analyst to join our team in the Hill AFB, UT area. This position may allow for a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Develops, analyzes, evaluates, advises on, and/or improves the effectiveness of work methods and procedures, organizations, manpower utilization, distribution of work assignments, delegations of authority, management controls, information and documentation systems, and similar functions of management
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or additional equivalent experience
- 5-12 years of relevant work experience
- Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and independently performs a wide variety of complicated tasks
- Master’s degree
- Experience with DOD/USAF F-16, A-10, or T-38 programs/capabilities
- Active Secret clearance
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
