This results-orientated management position will be responsible for identifying opportunities to build efficiencies and drive continuous improvement throughout the department and organization, with a focus on process engineering, new technology implementation and change management for positive, sustainable adoption. Manager has a focus to align business processes and tools with business KPIs, enhance revenue, and improve product quality. The Manager will also lead technical teams to identify and integrate new technologies, processes, and products that enhance the total technical and commercial solutions capabilities.
