Precision Assembler jobs in Michigan
Precision Assembler performs precision assembling, aligning, or adjusting within very tight tolerances. Follows schematics and specification documents to complete measuring, fitting, wiring, and soldering of components to assemble units. Being a Precision Assembler calibrates and tests subcomponents and finished products to ensure quality and functionality. Inspects produced parts for quality assurance, identifies defects and makes adjustments. Additionally, Precision Assembler uses standard hand and power tools, and precision measuring tools such as micrometers, verniers, and dial calipers. Typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Precision Assembler works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Trillium Construction is currently hiring Precision Millwrights for Industrial work in Cassopolis, MI.
Current project is scheduled for 3 months, working 58 hours Monday- Saturday with additional OT as production requires.
Qualified candidates should have 5 years experience Setting, Aligning, and Completing Maintenance on Industrial equipment and machinery.
Should be proficient with Blue prints, Engineering Prints, Measurements, layouts, etc. Pay is DOE and starts at $31.00 / hr.
Per-diem is available for qualified travelers and is paid on a days worked basis at $125.00 per day.
