Design Wizards is looking for a Website Onboarding and Maintenance Specialist with the following qualities:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Serve as the initial point of contact for customers and for customer support requests
• Be a strong customer facing on-boarding specialist

• Utilize your excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus – concise, accurate, friendly

• Work individually and within a team environment to quickly and calmly resolve issues.
• Work with design team when needed to accommodate content updates or feature requests
• Troubleshoot and solve platform issues
• Actively initiate, and contribute to, department and process improvements;
• Identify opportunities for SEM or enhancements

Your application will really stand out if you have experience with:

• Website design and development
• Content Management Systems (Wordpress, Cascade, SiteCore, etc.)
• Web Analytics & Reporting (such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console)
• 1 years of professional work experience, ideally with a customer or client-facing experience.
• Web hosting services (HostGator, SiteGround, Bluehost)
• Infrastructure expertise– Knowledge surrounding website hosting, security, network optimization, databases, and other infrastructure-related factors that affect website performance
• Working at a software company or marketing agency
• Utilizing a complex technology

Duties:

• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
• Improve customer experience from early engagement through on-boarding processes.
• Clearly communicate a client’s onboarding status externally and internally;
• Manage onboarding dependencies with digital team;
• Continuously update your account notes within project management program;

• Quickly and accurately execute complex tasks

• Able to manage multiple deliverables and timelines simultaneously
• Manage website maintenance requests
• Coordinate the operations across our websites including setting up web hosts, configuring access for users, establishing news and mail servers, and seamlessly connecting databases and other back-end components.
