Plan Design Coordinator jobs in North Dakota
Plan Design Coordinator works closely with clients to design group health, dental and/or life insurance plans to create an overall benefit package. Works alongside underwriters, but is not an underwriter role. Being a Plan Design Coordinator ensures that plan meets appropriate internal, as well as legislative guidelines. Requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Additionally, Plan Design Coordinator typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Plan Design Coordinator works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. Licensing : FINRA Series 6, 7, 65, or 66 preferred

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Institutional Retirement Plan Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Retirement Services industry, with a focus on selling consulting and fiduciary services, as well as expertise in plan governance.
Responsibilities :
- Sell consulting and fiduciary services in the retirement space
- Provide expert advice on plan governance
- Engage in direct (B2B) sales with Retirement Advisors, RIAs, Wirehouses, etc.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and objectives
- Build a book of business through networking, collaboration with other business units to follow up on warm leads and driving in new business
