Pipeline Scheduler, Sr. jobs in Lynchburg, VA

Bridges Community Services is hiring a scheduler for our Elkton office! Our small team is looking for a self-motivated individual that seeks to help others through mental health counseling!

Bridges provides counseling services to nursing home and assisted living residents throughout Iowa, and also sees clients in our office.

Duties will include:

· Coordinate with all counselors and facilities for appointments and time off

· Schedule initial assessments and recurring appointments

· Send daily report

· Check notes daily to remind counselors to sign, finish, complete notes, etc. Check again each Monday for the previous week to follow up on any unfinished notes

· Answer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls

· General clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and mailing

· Retrieve documents from filing system

· Handle requests for information and data

· Prepare packets, folders, and mailers for correspondence

· Enter new referrals into EHR

· Maintain office supply inventory

· Reminder calls for office appointments/independent living appointments

· Gather and send facility paperwork and client paperwork as needed

· Research and enter information/leads into spreadsheets and Constant Contact for marketers

· Various administrative tasks as requested

Qualified candidates will be organized, have high attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, customer focused, and have a positive attitude!

College degree preferred, but nor required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
