Our sales team books charter bus services in large volumes every day. We are in need of a reliable scheduling supervisor and trip coordinator responsible for putting all services on our master schedule, verifying Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance of our preferred vendors, and confirming trips with our clients and vendors, among many other administrative tasks.
Experience with Quickbooks and/or Salesforce is a must. A strong sense of personal responsibility is also essential.
