Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing support across various departments.

Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate parties
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Transcribe documents accurately
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess some of the following skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with office management tasks
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with data entry procedures
- Previous experience in medical receptionist, real estate administrative, or related fields is advantageous
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in documents

Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
