PC Support Manager manages a team that provides personal computer deployment and support, including setup, installation, repairs, upgrades, migrations, and troubleshooting. Position: Assistant to the General Manager

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Qualifications: Five consecutive years of administrative experience supporting senior management, in a fast-paced environment; must be proficient in use of Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel; superior organizational skills are required; must display necessary people skills to successfully interact with owners, residents, vendors, and fellow employees.
SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS
Responds to owner and resident concerns via personal meetings, telephone and computer-generated correspondence, creates and maintains data bases, orders supplies, files, and performs other administrative duties as directed by the GM. Assists the GM in providing regular and frequent communication to owners and residents on activities within the building. In the absence of the GM, provides support to the Maintenance Supervisor. Supports the Board of Directors’ President and/or Board members, as required.
