The position is for a person licensed as a patent attorney. The position will comprise primarily of patent prosecution, trademark prosecution, and trade secret work. Patent work will primarily be related to mechanical and industrial technologies but may expand into other subject matters. Sales and marketing efforts are managed by the firm to provide a workflow for the person hired. The hired person does not need to solicit new clients or businesses. Primary clients of the firm include agriculture, oil and gas, manufacturing, medical devices, and unmanned aviation.
