Paraplanner
As a Paraplanner at Legacy Financial, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial advisors by preparing and analyzing financial plans, conducting research, and ensuring the accuracy of client documentation. You will work closely with each financial advisor to ensure the timely and accurate execution of financial strategies and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of comprehensive financial plans by gathering client information, analyzing financial data, and preparing reports.
- Research financial products, investment opportunities, and market trends to support the development of financial strategies and recommendations.
- Assisting, monitoring, and rebalancing client portfolios.
- Executing trades and transactions as directed by senior advisors.
- Organizing, supporting, and participating in client events and other marketing activities.
- Various administrative tasks to make the firm more efficient.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a paraplanning or administrative role, preferably within a wealth management or financial advisory firm.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) or equivalent are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other technologies.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
