Digital Marketing Specialist - Google Paid Search
CF Search Marketing is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our rapidly growing digital marketing team. As a member of the team, you are responsible for managing paid search advertising campaigns on Google and a variety of other digital products. A successful Digital Marketing Specialist will effectively manage budgets and work with other team members to maximize ROI, drive high-intent traffic, and generate quality leads.

Job Requirements
· At least 2 years of Paid Media marketing experience. You are able to build and analyze paid search campaigns for performance and strategy.
· Proficiency with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook/Instagram.
· Passion for analyzing, reporting and improving ROI of marketing activities.
· Google Ads Certification a plus
· Excellent verbal and written communication – including the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management
· Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
· Current with digital marketing best practices.
Responsibilities to include:
· Develop and execute paid digital strategies on Google, Bing,Facebook/Instagram, and YouTube. Track, analyze, report and optimize on a regular basis
· Set up metrics, tracking systems and reporting for key marketing activities such as traffic, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion, contact Forms, sales qualified leads, opportunities, sales, spending, ROI, etc
· Build effective keyword/campaign strategies.
· Develop and set up monthly reporting dashboards.
· Discuss and plan strategies with account executives.
· Develop, execute and optimize campaigns – Research ad copy, landing pages, bidding, budget management, competitor analysis
· Work closely with the development team to come up with new and efficient strategies.
· Ensure that marketing messages align with clients’ strategies and goals
