We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Packaging Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle designing and developing packaging solutions that meet the needs of our customers, ensuring functionality, cost-effectiveness, and environmental sustainability. As a Packaging Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that packaging meets regulatory requirements and aligns with our company's goals and values.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop packaging solutions for our products, considering factors such as functionality, cost, and environmental impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, manufacturing, and sales, to ensure that packaging meets product specifications and requirements.
• Conduct testing and analysis to evaluate the performance of packaging materials and designs.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement in the packaging process.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to packaging design and engineering.
• Ensure that packaging meets regulatory requirements and guidelines.
• Work with suppliers to source packaging materials and equipment.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in packaging design and engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and testing methods.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for packaging (e.g. ISTA).
• Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
