Organizational Development Director directs the design, planning, and implementation of corporate organizational development programs, policies, and procedures. Approves change management initiatives and suggests enhancements to existing programs. Being an Organizational Development Director oversees the development of programs to build human capital and a strong employee development culture. Reviews key performance metrics to enable accurate and valid measurement of workforce performance and to identify areas for improvement. Hite Consulting is seeking a Full Time Organizational Development Specialist to provide specialized support and expertise related to workforce development and planning, succession planning, strategic development and other day-to-day operational services to support our client at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). This position is a hybrid role primarily working remotely, with client engagement activities in Atlanta, GA. Candidates should be local to the Atlanta area.
