As a Payment Research Operations Specialist on the Payments Lifecycle team at JPMorgan Chase, you will investigate and resolve routine errors and make monetary adjustments to customer accounts within established policies and procedures. These disputes may be a result of an encoding error, a misposted payment, duplicate payments or unauthorized payments. You will review customer documentation along with utilizing various systems working towards the resolution of the dispute. You will also be contacting banks and other agencies to assist in the resolutions. You will also input and retrieve data from online computer systems.
