Management and primary oversight of Cancer Research including business development / management, and conduct of multiple research studies and daily supervision of personnel.
Responsibilities
• Primary administrative and operational oversight for working with Administration, regulators, investigators, and board. Will develop and maintain administrative policies and procedures for Cancer Research. • Oversee fiscal management of Cancer Research; prepare annual budgets and oversee negotiations of individual clinical trial budgets and contracts with sponsors and investigators. • Establish and maintain effective relationship/liaison with sponsor representatives. • Develop/maintain administrative reporting, performance management, performance measurement and evaluation systems, as required. • Responsible for regularity compliance and oversight of audit and regulatory monitoring. • Responsible for quality assurance of research and patient data/information for all studies. • Recruit, train and develop subordinate staff. Responsible for performance management of subordinate staff. • In conjunction with President's office and the Director of Clinical Sciences Research, develop strategic plans and goals, and formulate work objectives, action plans and performance measures for Cancer Research activities. • Responsible for business development, marketing, and overall promotion of Cancer Research.

• Master's Degree (Required)
Experience: 3 YEARS related financial or business management.
Substitution: Bachelors in related field- and 5 yrs of STRONG business and clinical research experience may substitute for Masters and 3 years experience.
