WE ARE SEEKING:

• A detail-oriented, team player with great people skills to join our Digital Banking Services team at our corporate headquarters in historic downtown Berlin, Maryland.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Assisting all potential and existing business customers with digital banking product support
• Assisting the Business Services Specialists and BASYS with any in-person merchant user training request and initial setup of equipment when needed
• Assisting with incoming customer calls, voicemails, and emails to provide support and troubleshoot issues related to merchant services and cash management for resolution
• Following up with potential customers once referral is received from Business Services Specialists or other staff for business digital/electronic products
• Referring existing customers and assisting with Cash Management, Remote Deposit Capture, ACH, Wires, Lockbox and any future Digital Banking Services Products. Will assist with set-up, maintenance, and training customers and their staff
• Attending trade shows as requested to assist with marketing of digital banking service products
• Performing additional operational tasks in the Digital Banking Services Department as assigned (for example, fraud emails, Remit Plus, AOE report, Chats, etc)
• Any additional tasks as assigned

YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• At least 4 years of banking or financial services experience
• Experience with digital/electronic banking services with a focus on merchant services
• Intermediate level ability with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Intermediate experience with technology in order to discuss internet options and technology offered
• Available for overtime as necessary
