Nursing Supervisor - Nursing Home supervises the team responsible for providing nursing services within a nursing home. Responsible for implementing all nursing services in compliance with current local, state, and federal standards and regulations. Being a Nursing Supervisor - Nursing Home monitors the quality of resident care and services and makes recommendations and/or adjustments as needed. May consult with residents' family members. Additionally, Nursing Supervisor - Nursing Home may require a bachelor's degree in nursing. Requires Registered Nurse (RN). Typically reports to a manager. The Nursing Supervisor - Nursing Home supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments.
