Nursing Home Director (Hosp. Op.) jobs in Oklahoma
Nursing Home Director (Hosp. Op.) directs and conducts the activities of the hospital's nursing home in accordance with established hospital policies. Recommends changes to improve nursing home and reviews ongoing activities. Being a Nursing Home Director (Hosp. Op.) communicates with patients to ensure quality care. May require an advanced degree. Additionally, Nursing Home Director (Hosp. Op.) typically reports to top management. The Nursing Home Director (Hosp. Op.) manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Nursing Home Director (Hosp. Op.) typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Job Description
Drumright Nursing Home is seeking applications for a Director of Nursing.
The Director of Nursing will oversee the nursing staff and overall nursing operations of the facility.
Their duties will include, evaluating and directing all nursing employees.
They should be able to establish goals and enforcing compliant healthcare policies.
The Director of Nursing will assume fiscal responsibility of the nursing department.
They will serve as the liaison with medical staff and other personnel.
We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills including the ability to inspire and motivate staff, and effective communication skills.
