Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a New Construction Project Manager located in Sandpoint, ID. The New Construction Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing new residential flooring construction projects from start to finish. They will collaborate with builders, architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure timely completion, within budget and quality standards. The incumbent will also manage personnel to ensure that work is completed according to plans and specifications, and will ensure project scope, schedule, and budget are adhered to.
