We are currently hiring for a position in our Flooring Division, Carpet One as a Project Manager for New Construction Residential Homes.
Duties
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a New Construction Project Manager located in Sandpoint, ID. The New Construction Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing new residential flooring construction projects from start to finish. They will collaborate with builders, architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure timely completion, within budget and quality standards. The incumbent will also manage personnel to ensure that work is completed according to plans and specifications, and will ensure project scope, schedule, and budget are adhered to.
Requirements
Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in new residential construction project management
- Excellent project planning, organization, and budget management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain positive working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with ability to exercise sound judgement and make decisions under pressure
- Ability to lead, manage, and mentor personnel
- Experience in interpreting blueprints and schematics
- Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and other relevant computer applications
