Mortgage Loan Area Manager directs mortgage loan activity and oversees multiple teams for a defined area. Monitors compliance with federal and state lending regulations. Additionally, Mortgage Loan Area Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Mortgage Loan Area Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Mortgage Loan Area Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Mortgage Loan Assistant
Position Overview :
The Loan Officer Assistant is responsible for managing the loan officers’ schedules and assists the Loan Partner. The Loan Officer Assistant I also manages the branch lead tracker, branch database, and maintains business rapport.
This position is Monday through Friday, with working hours of 9 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.
Job Responsibilities :
- Schedule all loan officer appointments, including new leads and additional appointments for the Branch Manager.
- Take all incoming calls.
- Assist Loan Partner II with clerical tasks, such as copying and faxing documents.
- Meet branch objectives specific to pre-qualifications and pre-approvals.
- Attend branch events to assist Loan Officer in building clientele.
- Complete and maintain branch-assigned checklists, files, analysis within allotted branch deadlines.
