We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Gem Mine Sales Associate to join our team. As a Gem Mine Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, assisting guests with identification of gems and minerals, and selling merchandise and customized jewelry experiences.

Key Duties and Requirements of the Role Include:

 Greeting customers as they arrive at the gem mine and providing information

about our products and services.

 Ensuring that the gem mine is always clean and well-maintained.

 Assisting with inventory management and restocking of merchandise.

 Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues promptly

and courteously.

As a gem mine sales associate, you’ll have the opportunity to play a key role in helping guests create lasting memories. Sales experience is preferred, but not required.

You should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and have a passion for having fun!

Requirements for the role include:

 Minimum age of 18 years old.

 Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

 Ability to tolerate a fast-paced, hectic environment.

 Ability to lift 50 pounds.
