We’re hiring a dynamic digital marketing specialist to promote our company and sales team using a variety of technologies and strategies. As a member of the marketing team, you’ll assist with the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns through digital media, creative content, and social media. The ideal candidate for this position balances creativity with structure, can effectively work independently and with a team to bring great ideas to life, and is committed to on-brand quality work. Responsibilities

• Develops and executes branded marketing materials such as social media posts, ads, and presentations that are professional and well-written, ensuring alignment with the company brand across multiple platforms.
• Collaborates with the marketing team to strategically implement advertising, digital marketing, and communication plans, helping marketing staff achieve goals and ensuring compliance across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Regularly updates social media, responds to followers, and monitors and produces content across all social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
• Sets and reviews monthly performance goals, analyzes data, recommends improvements, utilizes analytics to adjust marketing strategies, and identifies digital presence growth opportunities.
• Coordinates and manages the monthly distribution of gifts to the top realtors of the company president to maintain strong relationships with referral partners.
• Efficiently handles one-off requests from loan officers for presentations, open house flyers, social media posts, and personalized marketing materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to compliance and company standards.
• Films and edits multimedia content, including the company president's podcast and engaging social media videos such as TikToks and Instagram Reels, leveraging current trends and various distribution methods to maximize engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of social platforms, public relations, brand messaging, and email systems
• Must exhibit a strong understanding of the latest marketing trends
• Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic
• 2 years of experience in Social Media Management, Marketing, or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related majors
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing is a plus
