The day to day for this role will be to assist Lenders in procuring documentation and information essential to loan application processing. The Lending assistant will review and approve pending loans for accuracy, and coordinate revisions, as necessary. They will engage Attorney or Doc Prep to prepare documents for closing. They will run full loan processes including: closing, post closing, funding, and working with lending office.
