The Litchfield School District is seeking an Athletic Director at Campbell High School. The Athletic Director is responsible for the High School Athletic program as well as supporting the middle school program. The Athletic Director is responsible for interviewing, hiring, mentoring, and supervising coaching staff; making determinations about eligibility criteria; monitoring academic eligibility of student athletes. The Athletic Director is the spokesperson for the school's athletic programs and is responsible for trouble-shooting parent and athlete concerns, establishing schedules, and overseeing the school's athletic budget and safety standards. Additionally, the Athletic Director organizes sports functions, oversees all sports facilities, and manages the athletics department.
Start Date: July 1, 2024
Work Year: The Athletic Director is a full time year round position.
Salary Range: $88,000-$93,000
Minimum Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution, an Athletic Administration background, prior coaching experience, First Aid and CPR certification, and NH DOE Certification as an Athletic Director or a statement of eligibility. Preferred NIAAA Certification.
